These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of supremeinvisiblegrill.com (the “Website”) and to the invisible grill products and installation services provided by Supreme Invisible Grill (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We supply and install invisible grills for balconies, windows, terraces and other openings, and supply related materials such as SS 316 wire, aluminium track, and SS fasteners and stiffeners. We mainly serve Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

2. Site visit and quotation

Site visits and measurements are free within our service area, unless we tell you otherwise in advance.
Prices on the Website, in blogs or given over the phone are only indicative. The final price is given in a written quotation after measurement, and depends on the area, wire grade, wire gap and site conditions.
A quotation is valid for the period mentioned in it. If no period is mentioned, it is valid for 15 days.

3. Order confirmation and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept the quotation and pay the advance amount mentioned in it.
The balance amount is payable as per the payment terms in the quotation or invoice, normally on completion of installation.
Materials remain our property until full payment is received.

4. Customer responsibilities

Getting any permission needed from your society, building management or landlord before installation.
Giving our team safe access to the site, and electricity for tools, on the agreed date.
Telling us in advance about any concealed pipes, wiring, waterproofing or other hidden items at the fixing points.

5. Installation schedule

We try our best to finish work on the agreed date. Delays may happen because of heavy rain, material supply, site readiness, society restrictions or other reasons beyond our control. We will inform you and reschedule as soon as possible.

6. Changes and cancellation

Changes to size, design or material after order confirmation may change the price and timeline.
If you cancel after order confirmation, we may deduct costs already incurred, such as materials cut or prepared for your site, from the advance.
Custom-cut materials that have been installed cannot be returned.

7. Warranty

Our invisible grills come with a warranty of 5 to 10 years, depending on the wire and material you choose. The exact warranty period is written on your quotation or invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the material and defects in our installation workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by misuse, accident, force or cutting of wires;
repairs, changes or removal done by anyone other than our team;
damage from cracks, seepage or weakness in the wall, slab or building structure;
damage from natural disasters, fire or other events beyond our control;
normal wear and tear, dust or cosmetic marks.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice details and photos of the issue.

8. Safety notice

Invisible grills are a safety barrier and greatly reduce the risk of falls. However, no barrier can replace adult supervision. Children should always be supervised on balconies, windows and terraces. Do not climb on, hang from or put heavy loads on the grill.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Use of the Website

The information on this Website is for general guidance. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
All text, photos, logos and designs on this Website belong to Supreme Invisible Grill. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Website, try to hack it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Reviews and testimonials

Customer reviews shown on the Website are taken from our Google Business Profile and represent individual customer experiences.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law
